Do You Read Segullah?

Did you read this today? Here I sit, tears streaming down my face. The whole thing is beautiful and terrifying and terrible and wonderful, and the line the strikes me most is :

Melissa, can I ask this next thing? Forgive me if it cuts you wide open.

And oh, what joy, and what marvelous light I did behold; yea, my soul was filled with joy as exceeding as was my pain!  Yea, I say unto you, my son, that there could be nothing so exquisite and so bitter as were my pains.  Yea, and again I say unto you, my son, that on the other hand, there can be nothing so exquisite and sweet as was my joy.

Dear, dear friends.  Forgive me if I cut you wide open.  And thank you for sharing my joy.

As if my morning wasn't already soggy from tears...geez.

What a painfully beautiful story.
